PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia provides consulting services across various industry sectors, including business & IT strategy, operational improvement, system integration, enterprise applications (ERP) implementation, and application management outsourcing.
We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified individual for the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop Business Development plans aligned with the company's strategic direction.
- Identify new sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Research organizations and individuals to discover new leads and potential markets.
- Understand the needs of potential clients and identify decision-makers within their organizations.
- Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings.
- Plan and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Present and promote products and services to prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare sales materials, including presentations and proposals.
- Lead a team with in-depth product knowledge to support sales activities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers and partners.
- Engage in continuous communication to understand and anticipate future business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and products from ABeam partners (e.g., SAP) and align them with customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development within Management or IT Consulting sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP and Cloud Software Business.
- Strong integrity and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Deep understanding of the Management and IT Consulting industry in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and achieve them effectively.
