Job summary

VentureSEA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive a large-scale SAP implementation. You will coordinate legacy data analysis, mapping, transformation, and migration, aligning with SAP S/4HANA structures and business processes.

You will work with SAP functional consultants and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation, while guiding stakeholders and documenting governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience with hands-on data migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data models and structures.
• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration cycle preferred.
• Good understanding of FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, PM modules.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities for S/4HANA.
• Analyze legacy and non-SAP data for migration suitability.
• Define data migration strategies, mappings, transformations, and validation.
• Coordinate data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
• Identify data gaps and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and IT teams.
• Support data validation during testing, UAT, and production migration.
