Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Jakarta invites an experienced SAP MM/P2P consultant to analyze requirements, design end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, and lead workshops with stakeholders.

You will configure SAP MM & Procurement, support S/4HANA migrations, and collaborate across SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, EWM, Ariba, VIM) to enable seamless data flow and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-6 years in SAP MM/P2P with strong experience in procurement processes, inventory management, invoice verification, vendor master management, purchasing and sourcing and material master data.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, regional rollouts across APJ/AMS, and support migrations at scale.
• Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, supplier collaboration, vendor management and supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement and related modules; SAP Ariba and VIM familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for workshops and design discussions.

Job description

• Analyze business requirement, design and configure end to end procure-to-pay processes in SAP
• Lead workshop, fit-gap sessions and business process design discussion
• Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation
• Work on configuration and support for SAP MM & Procurement Configuration
• Experience in implementation & transformation of SAP S/4 Hana, participate in greenfield, brownfield and rollout projects including support migration & UAT Testing till roll out.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, SAP EWM, SAP PP, SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA including of Vendor Invoice Management solutions
• Stakeholder engagement, support and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Supply Chain or similar field
• Minimum of 5-6 years in SAP MM/P2P with strong experience in Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Vendor Master Management, Purchasing and Sourcing and Material Master Data
• SAP Solution expert and experienced in SAP S/4 Hana spurcing & procurement, ECC MM, Ariba, Business Network, VIM (OpenText), Fiori Applications and Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP Implementation Projects along with experience in regional roll out across APJ and AMS Support
• Functional knowledge and understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Inventory Management, Supplier Collaboration, Vendor Management, Indirect & Direct Procurement and Supply Chain Operations
• SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement Certification preferred
• Good to have SAP Ariba certifications are advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication & presentation skills
