SAP PP Consultant

Requirements:

• Should have SAP PP functional experience of at least 4-5 years.
• Should have worked in a Manufacturing domain for 1 year in any business function.
• Should have 2-4 end-to-end implementation experience in the Manufacturing domain.
• Should have experience of 2-3 support, roll-out, upgrade, or migration projects (definitely for Senior or Lead resources).

Job Descriptions:

• The client is seeking a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA production planning module as part of their 'Rise with SAP' transformation journey.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in production planning and scheduling.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current production planning processes to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PP configuration.
• Design and architect the SAP PP solution, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, work centers, production versions, and capacity planning, aligning with business objectives.
• Configure and customize SAP PP modules within the S/4HANA system, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Identify opportunities to improve production planning processes through data analysis and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshoot issues, address queries, and resolve production-related problems within the SAP PP module.
• Proven experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning methodologies.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP configuration, including BOMs, routings, work centers, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Familiarity with SAP integration points across different modules (MM, QM, SD) and ability to manage data flows between systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with project lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.
