Job summary

PT. HAND Solutions Indonesia is seeking an SAP PP functional specialist to configure and maintain manufacturing master data, set up production workflows, and optimize material planning in a manufacturing environment.

You will configure BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Material Master (MRP views), manage Planned and Production Orders, and integrate PP with MM and SD for synchronized operations. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP PP functional implementation and support experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Familiar with PP master data structures, production scheduling, MRP optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, IE, ME, CS, or related field.
• SAP Associate Certification in PP is a strong advantage.

Job description

This is a SAP PP (Production Planning) functional role focused on configuring and maintaining manufacturing master data, setting up production workflows, and optimizing material planning within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Configure and maintain key manufacturing master data, including BOM (Bill of Materials), Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions, and Material Master (MRP views)

Set up and manage discrete, repetitive, or process manufacturing workflows, covering Planned Orders, Production Orders, Confirmation, and Goods Receipts

Configure MRP parameters, lot-sizing procedures, and run material planning to balance supply and demand

Integrate SAP PP with MM (component staging/consumption) and SD (Make-to-Order scenarios) to ensure synchronized factory operations

Conduct user workshops, draft functional specs for custom manufacturing reports, and lead user training sessions

Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on functional implementation and support experience in SAP PP within a manufacturing environment

Proven involvement in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects (from preparation to post-go-live support)

Familiarity with PP master data structures, production scheduling logic, MRP optimization, and functional specs for custom manufacturing enhancements

Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills

Professional fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Official SAP Associate Certification in PP is a strong advantage
