Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or equivalent.
• Proven experience in SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, TM, PY).
• Functional knowledge of SAP Solutions, in particular SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in leading and coaching other colleagues.
• Interest in technology and strong desire and ability to master new skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations (100%).
• Team player.
