Mandatory :

SAP FICO - Job Description
- Working as a SAP Functional Solution Architect supporting end-to-end FICO solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (G/L, A/R, A/P, Controlling) with a strong understanding of manufacturing-related financial processes.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and data migration within the RISE with SAP environment.
- Knowledge of configuring SAP FICO modules within a RISE with SAP project, focusing on integration with SAP Manufacturing functionalities.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture financial and manufacturing needs for SAP FICO implementation.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for system configurations and customizations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document existing manufacturing business processes related to finance, such as cost accounting, inventory management, and revenue recognition.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP FICO system, considering manufacturing environment requirements.
- Design and configure financial processes aligned with manufacturing operations, including cost element management, production order costing, and material variance analysis.
- Good exposure to Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Asset accounting, General Ledger, New GL, Parallel Ledger, Financial Consolidation, Controlling, Product Costing, and COPA reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP Manufacturing modules like Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Coordinate data mapping and flow between modules to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring within the SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.
- Knowledge of finance reporting is an added advantage.
