A leading palm-based consumer company in Indonesia seeks an SAP Basis Analyst to maintain SAP operations and ensure system performance. The role includes monitoring SAP environments, troubleshooting issues, and managing stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
The SAP Basis Analyst performs the role of maintaining the day-to-day operations of the SAP Environment (Monitoring, Configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, upgrade, transports).
Job Description:
Monitors the availability of all SAP instances and application servers to ensure all SAP systems runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
Review operating system logs, system logs, and error logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Develop and maintain continual improvement plans
Checks the status and load of SAP work processes to identify performance bottlenecks
Monitoring and executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
Responsible for project administration, execution and production of project documentation/plans
Monitor and manage background jobs, ensuring they run as scheduled and troubleshoot any issues
Acknowledgement / Cleaning of alert logs
Cleaning/ archiving of transport logs/ import queues
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience as SAP Basis
Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
