JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA (WONOAYU) is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator to maintain clean, safe production areas in compliance with SOPs, GMP, and HACCP. The role focuses on sanitizing machinery, handling cleaning chemicals, and recording inspections.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in food processing sanitation, be physically capable of manual work, and able to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in sanitation roles in food processing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GMP and safe handling of industrial cleaners.
• Physically able to perform manual labor and lifts.
• Willing to work in shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of production machinery, equipment, facilities, and work areas according to SOPs.
• Handle, mix, and apply sanitation chemicals and cleaning agents safely and in correct dilutions.
• Conduct pre-operative inspections to ensure equipment is free of contaminants before production runs.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Document and maintain records of sanitation activities, chemical usage, and inspection checklists.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or pest control issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in waste management and disposal in line with policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of production machinery, equipment, facilities, and work areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle, mix, and apply sanitation chemicals and cleaning agents safely and in correct dilutions.
• Conduct pre-operative inspections to ensure all equipment is free of contaminants before production runs begin.
• Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Document and maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, chemical usage, and inspection checklists.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or pest control issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in waste management and disposal processes in compliance with environmental and company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sanitation Operator, Cleaner, or in a similar role within the food processing, animal feed, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards, GMP, and the safe handling of industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy loads, bending, and standing for extended periods in various temperature environments.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a high level of commitment to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adaptability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends when required.
