Job summary

Eurofragance Indonesia invites you to join our fragrance lab team in Jakarta Pusat. You will dose raw materials with high accuracy, weigh on a small scale, and record all movements in SAP or PINS, ensuring traceability of every batch.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within the fragrance industry.
• Olfactory skills/knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to dose and weigh quickly and accurately on a small scale.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in the laboratory, compounding trials as requested by perfumers, customer service and evaluators.
• Dose all raw materials with high accuracy according to the formula.
• Update raw material consumption in IT systems and ensure batch traceability.
• Record all material movements in SAP or PINS depending on movement type.
• Maintain raw material inventory and lab 5S standards.

What's your mission?

Follow safe working procedure and complete assigned tasks with correct records and meet required processes which include raw material pouring & mixing and operate weighing, mixing, filtration, automated dosing machine and other associated equipment in the sample lab area.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Work in the laboratory, compounding the trials as requested by our Perfumers, Customer Service and Evaluators.

• Dose all the raw materials contained in the formula with high accuracy.

• Use tablet and the barcode reader to update all the raw material consumption and ensure traceability of every batch.

• Update every raw material movement in our IT systems, using PINS (internal software) or SAP depending on the movement type.

• Maintaining raw material inventory as well as maintaining 5s in the compounding lab

What you need to shine in this role

• Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in Chemistry or related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a similar position within Fragrance Industry

• Olfactory skills / knowledge would be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT); Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in dosing and weighing on a small scale

• Effective communication skills in English.
