Responsibilities

• Design and implement business technology solutions in Salesforce.com
• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning web components, application integration and data migration
• Actively support the functional team during the construction of the solution
• Ensure adherence to optimal coding standards throughout project delivery
• Participate in code reviews
• Produce client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans, and well-documented code
• Plan and execute internal unit testing and integration testing
• Manage releases including metadata deployment, data migration, environment comparison, and version control

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Strong analysis and solution design skills
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technical/development role
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Visual Force, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, and Flows
• Current Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2 certification
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator/Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud certifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Apex and Visualforce
• Exposure to Git-based tools like BitBucket
• Experience with VSCode, Salesforce DX, Tooling, Metadata APIs
