Job Summary

We are seeking results-driven Sales professionals to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence in the water treatment market.

As a Sales team member, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our water treatment solutions. Your ability to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions will be essential in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Have full working rights in Indonesia.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must (bonus points if you are fluent in Chinese/Mandarin).
• 1-2+ years of sales experience: Proven sales experience in Water Treatment industry or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Results-driven and self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in sales roles.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, build relationships, and develop customized sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote water treatment solutions: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our water treatment solutions to customers, including equipment, services, and maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to maintain knowledge of the latest water treatment technologies and regulations.
