Actively improve relationships with Carter customers, responsible for communication, development, and follow-ups with Carter customers for business development.
Responsible for retaining existing Carter customers, increasing their potential, and developing relationships with current Carter customers.
Maintain strong relationships with Carter customers for future opportunities, conduct regular customer visits, understand and collect customer needs, and provide timely feedback on Carter customer requests.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar field.
Must have knowledge and understanding of FTL, FCL, and similar services.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Strong leadership skills, good communication, and a responsible attitude.
Able to work with targets.
