Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage the comprehensive training process, coaching sales staff to maximize performance, with a focus on developing training materials and innovative methods. Job description

Complete training for all new hires and continual training for entire sales staff

Discipline and provide coaching to sales people as necessary

Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance

Strategize new training methods to be implemented

Partner with Retail Director to set and progress towards sales department goals

Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques

End to end training process from Planning, execution, review and report

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Sales Trainer or in the related field as an individual contributor.

Preferably SPVs or Individual Contributor specializing in Training & Development and experience developing training materials with extensive knowledge of sales department processes

Interpersonal skills and good communicator
