A leading company in Jakarta is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive specializing in the Telco sector, especially in fiber products. The role involves driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction, with a competitive salary plus commission. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Telco products, especially in the fiber industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers commission-based incentives and reimbursement/claims for business-related travel.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Telco sector, focusing on fiber optic solutions
• Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
• Attend meetings, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Telco / fiber industry
• Strong knowledge of Telco products and fiber optic solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Good attitude, highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Must have their own vehicle and valid driving license
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and out-of-office tasks (expenses claimable)
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
