This job in a nutshell

We are currently looking for a person to manage a team of 4 Business Development Managers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a sales team with a proven track record of success in sales for 5+ years.
  • Understand industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Apply various sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
  • Motivate, mentor, and lead the sales team effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and targets.
  • Forecast sales and generate regular reports for management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
