Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan the quantity of goods to be carried according to standard stock levels and daily routes.
  • Create a monthly visit plan based on the sales territorial route.
  • Develop and plan sales activities within the territory.
  • Establish a routine schedule for customer visits.
  • Perform sales transactions and forecast product transactions.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor surveys.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

PT JAYA FERMEX, part of FERMEX Group, focuses on distributing our high-quality bakery ingredients products and serving customers across Indonesia. We currently have 17 branches and 23 agents/distributors, operating in major cities nationwide.

We are offering the role of SALES EXECUTIVE, with placement in Tangerang.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plan the quantity of goods to be carried according to standard stock levels and daily routes.
  2. Create a monthly visit plan based on the sales territorial route (planned by the branch manager).
  3. Develop and plan sales activities (OA, NOO, NIP) within the territory.
  4. Establish a routine schedule for customer visits within the territory.
  5. Perform sales transactions and forecast product transactions weekly and monthly for each customer.
  6. Display and maintain cleanliness of products and chillers.
  7. Conduct regular market and competitor surveys and analyses.
  8. Build and maintain good relationships with PT Jaya Fermex customers.
  9. Create billing documents based on invoice/DO amounts.
  10. Report all transfer slips to the admin collection team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent in any major.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG food categories.
  3. Excellent communication skills, results-driven, agile, and high-performance oriented.
  4. Knowledge of sales activities and monitoring (basic call procedures, EC, OA).
  5. Having a valid driving license (SIM C).
  6. Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
