About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals inGeneral Trade (GT)orFood Services (Horeca)who are passionate about building brands in emerging and culturally diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement localized sales strategies for GT or Horeca channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, or food service partners
• Drive sales performance, brand visibility, and promotional effectiveness
• Identify and develop high-potential customers in remote or developing markets
• Ensure consistent product availability, pricing, and distribution standards
• Lead trade negotiations and build sustainable partnerships
• Guide and mentor field sales teams to meet local goals
• Work cross-functionally to ensure market coverage and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with GT or Horeca exposure
• At least 2 years in a managerial role or 5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proven success in remote or emerging markets across Indonesia more than 2 distributors
• Strong adaptability and cultural sensitivity
• Experience managing decentralized teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
• Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented
