What You Will Do:

• Responsible to monitor new sales project by preparing and monitoring the pipeline, WON, SO, WO, BA, BAST in order to ensure the project runs smoothly and meet the timeline.
• Prepare supporting documents that required in tender process in order to ensure the process runs smoothly with results as expected.
• Maintain and update database client to ensure that the recorded data is always up to date and can be followed up.
• Responsible to monitor and follow up the “hold” project, bill and unbilled and collection to ensure all processes are completely properly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports based on standard template, such as: sales achievement/progress by daily/weekly/monthly, project progress report, collection, bill unbilled status report and others accurately and timely.
• Support others related to the operational sales and/or operational branch office to ensure all process runs properly.

What You Will Need:

• Min. D3 from any major.
• Min. 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Having ability in data processing and reporting management.
• Having knowledge to manage database client.
• Good administration and documentation skill.
• Good communication skill and teamwork.
• Computer Literacy.
