Job description

The Sales Support will maintaining existing business, built rapport with customers and ensuring all operations runs impeccably.

Description

As a Sales Support, your main responsibilities will include Order Processing & Management, Dispatch Planning & Coordination, Product Handling, Logistics including:

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of Purchase Orders (P.O.) into the system.
  • Book error-free sales orders in accordance with the time lines defined in Standard Operating Procedures (Sops).
  • Monitor and manage dispatches, including addressing any Sales Hold issues at respective location
  • Prepare and manage dispatch plans, coordinating with relevant departments such as Printing, Shade Development, Regulatory, Finance, Logistics, and the NPO team.
  • Review and update dispatch plans during stock reviews and ensure alignment with inventory levels
  • Visit key customers along with Technical Interface Coordinators to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order processing, dispatches, and sales performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform stock opname for both samples and commercial items.
  • Ensure compliance with defined SOPs in accordance with Quality & Regulatory Affairs (Q&RA) norms.

Profile

A successful candidate should meet this requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy from reputable university with Pharmacist License.
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Company
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt readily to evolving circumstances. Should be flexible to collaborating with international teams working in different timezone.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders - internal and external
  • SAP Proficiency & ability to handle audit
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong communication skills and proficient in english
