A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a sales support professional to assist in various administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, and contribute to sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, proficiency in communication skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of import regulations considered a plus.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining customer records
Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as coordinating events, creating presentations, and preparing marketing materials
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely responses to their inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer solutions
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track sales performance and trends
REQUIREMENT :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent In English (spoken and written). being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
At least 2 years of working experience In the related field.
Having good knowledge about import procedures and regulations.
Able to work under pressure, team player and good Communication Skill.
Computer literate (Ms. Office, Software).
