Responsibilities
- Verify and process sales orders from local and export sales teams.
- Handle export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Support customs clearance and ensure all export requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor shipment schedules and follow up with logistics providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, warehouse, QC) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including system data entry, PO/DO creation, and document filing.
- Respond to inquiries related to order status, shipment, and document completion.
- Update sales data regularly (local and export).
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Assist in preparing sales analysis by customer or product when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or export documentation is a plus.
- Good understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and documents.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and data entry systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
