Our client is a Tableware company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and train the sales team.
2. Develop sales strategies based on market segmentation.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Report sales performance directly to the General Manager.
5. Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma degree or above.
2. High conversational English proficiency.
3. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the Melamine tableware industry or other FMCG tools, with at least 2 years in managing and developing a sales team.
4. Strong connections with retail, especially the MT channel.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills, with strong professional ethics.
