A leading property company in Bali is seeking a Team Leader (Sales Supervisor) to manage the sales team and drive performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities include training sales associates, implementing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience in Property/Real Estate/ Commercial min 2 years within Good Leadership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in both oral and written English
Strong strategic thinking abilities within self-driven and target oriented
Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
Familiarity with CRM Software, powerful social media, particularly Hubspot, are definitely a Plus
Knowledgeable about Bali property market and its networks and Indonesian Law are highly preferred

Responsible to the Marketing Director
Responsible for managing, Leading and guide the Sales Inhouse team to achieve targets and meet sales goals
Train, coach and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies
Conduct and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Build and oversee to maintain strong customer relationships to ensure and drive a high level repeat business
Identified targeted customer segmentation based on market research data
Conduct the KPI and Sales performance reports periodically
