Sales Supervisor/Manager - Office Leasing (B-114760)

The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is an Office Leasing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Supervisor/Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work as a key member of an Office Marketing and Leasing team, to identify, engage, and successfully secure key multinational clients seeking premium office space in central Jakarta.
  2. Assess client needs and propose ideal and creative solutions to those needs, while maximizing business performance and results.
  3. Prepare and present client presentations, proposals, financial calculations; conduct lease negotiations and renewals.
  4. Conduct ongoing in-depth research and develop a strong knowledge of local office market trends, activity, performance, and practices, and report your findings to team members.
  5. Develop and maintain ongoing strong client relationships.
  6. Accompany manager in viewing and explaining to clients.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Hold Bachelor's degree.
  2. More than 3 years of working experience as Sales in an estate company.
  3. Business English proficiency.
  4. Having knowledge and understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices.
  5. Understanding the real estate brokerage sales flow.
  6. Proactively develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives, rather than just waiting for instructions.
  7. Having good business manner.
  8. Having basic technical knowledge about buildings.

Preferable Skill / Experience:

  1. Tenant relation experience in office building.
  2. Willing to involve in other building operation matters.
  3. Language: Business Level for Japanese.
