This company is a subsidiary owned by one of the biggest Plastic Building Material companies in Indonesia and is committed to taking part in advancing development in Indonesia by providing the best quality materials and providing custom products to meet project demands. Initially this company only has an office in Jakarta consisting of several employees, but now it has a branch office in the Surabaya area and is supported by Human Resources who are competent in their fields and has a network of sub distributors spread across almost all regions of Indonesia.

Job Description
  • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Create goals and objectives for targeting government customers to maximize sales growth
  • Generate new sales opportunities with government clients
  • Create and maintain proposal and contract documents relative to government schedule, projects, and contracts
  • Serve as a company representative at major industry events, conferences, and/or tradeshows
  • Promote product knowledge by setting up meetings and offering product demonstrations to government customers
Requirements
  • Have a good sales record in selling products or services to government
  • Have experiences in selling products or services to government projects
  • Have connections in consultant, contractor, and architect that have a close relations with government.
  • Minimum hold a diploma degree (D3)
  • Minimum have 2 years of sales supervisor experience
