Initially this company only has an office in Jakarta consisting of several employees, but now it has a branch office in the Surabaya area and is supported by Human Resources who are competent in their fields and has a network of sub distributors spread across almost all regions of Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Create goals and objectives for targeting government customers to maximize sales growth
  • Generate new sales opportunities with government clients
  • Create and maintain proposal and contract documents relative to government schedule, projects, and contracts
  • Serve as a company representative at major industry events, conferences, and/or tradeshows
  • Promote product knowledge by setting up meetings and offering product demonstrations to government customers

Requirements

  • Have a good sales record in selling products or services to government
  • Have experiences in selling products or services to government projects
  • Have connections in consultant, contractor, and architect that have a close relations with government.
  • Minimum hold a diploma degree (D3)
  • Minimum have 2 years of sales supervisor experience
