A global leader in the e-cigarette industry seeks an experienced Sales Supervisor for their Denpasar office. This full-time on-field role involves relationship management with distributors, executing sales strategies, and training sales teams. Ideal candidates have a background in sales management within the vape or FMCG sector and possess strong communication skills. We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Denpasar, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
This is a full-time, on-field position that requires extensive travel within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets – Meet/exceed monthly sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Territory Management – Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned region.
Distributor & Retailer Growth – Lead distributor partnerships, expand POS (Point of Sale) acquisition, and ensure excellent field execution (sales & merchandising).
Business Planning – Collaborate with partners to create and review business plans, ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
Team Development – Train and guide field teams (sales & merchandisers) for peak performance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (strong numerical skills required).
Experience: 1-3 years in sales management (vape or FMCG industry experience is a strong plus).
Core Skills (Must Have)
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English (Chinese is a plus).
Problem-Solving & Independence – Self-driven, able to work independently, and resolve challenges on the field.
Consumer & Market Knowledge – Deep understanding of Indonesian buyer behavior and retail dynamics.
Willingness to Travel – Must be able to visit customer sites frequently.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
B2B/B2C Sales Experience – Proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiation & Closing Skills – Strong persuasive ability to secure deals.
Sales Analytics – Basic data interpretation skills to adjust strategies.
Mathematical Logic Test score ≥15.
