About Our Client

Job Description



Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on both retail and project sales revenue.
  • Provide training and support to distributor sales teams, including motivation, counselling, and product knowledge.


Distributor and Market Engagement:
  • Oversee the sales process and coordinate with retail designers to ensure specifications are communicated and followed up on by distributors.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with distributors in the assigned region to promote products and align with company goals and policies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with design architects and developers to enhance product awareness and preference.


Market Analysis and Planning:
  • Analyze sales trends, market conditions, competition, and distributor performance in the assigned area.
  • Recommend adjustments to sales programs and distribution strategies to optimize performance and meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts based on market knowledge and competitive analysis.


Reporting and Communication:
  • Regularly report on sales activities and progress.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Marketing, Technical, and Supply Chain departments, as well as external distributors, to ensure targets are met.


The Successful Applicant



Based in Medan, or willing to relocate to Medan.

Education: University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)

Experience: At least 5 years in a sales role, preferably in the sanitary industry. Experience with distributor management is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong network with developers, architecture firms, and interior design firms.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and aggressive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
