A leading automotive spare parts firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and improve existing accounts. What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts, especially in Electrical Vehicles
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions
Represent the company at industry events and maintain a strong network within the automotive spare parts sector
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive spare parts industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs
Familiarity with sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and data-driven decision making
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Fluency in English, Able to speak Mandarin is preferable
