Responsibilities

  • Able to create sales strategies, market share analysis, and regional development.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or Marketing Management
  • 2–3 years experience as Sales Supervisor or Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry.
  • Experienced in leading a team and accustomed to targets.

Specific Qualifications - Ethical and Beauty

  • Understand ethical (prescription) and OTC (over-the-counter) products.
  • Master the market trends of beauty/skincare products (especially those sold through pharmacies, clinics, or modern trade channels).
  • Experienced with distribution to pharmacies, hospitals, beauty clinics, and modern outlets.
  • Good relationships with key accounts, distributors, and doctors/specialists.
