Job description

- Achieve monthly sales target; Identify the business opportunity to capture the arise opportunity.

- Manage assigned sales region and set strategic plans and in the execution of those plans for a region;

- Lead Distributor in terms of POS acquisition to grow the business in the assigned territory;

- Develop field forces for excellence execution in the field covering sales and merchandising;

- Co-joint with partner to develop the business plan and business review;

- Make sure our partner business and profit is growing together with our brand.

Job Requirements:

- Possess Degree / Professional qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field;

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales management; Vape industry experience is a strong plus.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills as Team Player;

- Ability to multitask between a number of complex solutions;

- Problem solver, able to work independently and self-driven;

- Willing and able to travel to assigned customer sites;

- Proficient in both English and local Language; Chinese is a plus.
