Job Description for Sales

  • Responsible for achieving the target area as set by the direct superior.
  • Manage distributors to ensure they carry out their duties and responsibilities to achieve the budget given by superiors.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff (SPR, SPO, and Distributors Salesmen).
  • Ensure all activities planned by the direct superior align with the objectives or targets set.
  • Ensure subordinates (SPR, SPO) create and execute the itinerary and activity plan as determined.
  • Ensure proper distribution of products within the area, establish and maintain relationships with regular and potential outlets, and develop business growth, especially in Star Outlet / Ambassador outlets (vertical or horizontal growth).
  • Provide weekly sales reports and marketing condition updates (including competitor pricing, movements, growth, etc.).

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major and reputable university.
  • Preferably have experience in the building material industry in retail and project segments.
  • Preferably reside in the local area.
