Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving results across multiple sales channels? Pink Rabbit Lens is looking for a talented Sales Supervisor to oversee and boost sales performance in offline stores, online marketplaces, B2B/MTGT, and live shopping. If you have strong leadership skills and thrive in dynamic environments, we want you to join our team! As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales across diverse platforms. You’ll oversee offline store operations, optimize performance on marketplaces like Tiktok, Tokopedia, and Shopee, build and maintain relationships in the B2B sector, and manage live shopping events. Your contributions will directly influence our sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

Offline Store:

  1. Supervise daily store operations and ensure optimal sales performance.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to hit sales targets.
  3. Conduct regular training and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage inventory and in-store visual merchandising.

Online Store (Marketplace):

  1. Oversee sales on marketplaces (Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee) and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  2. Manage listings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  3. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and monitor performance.

B2B / MTGT (Modern Trade & General Trade):

  1. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
  2. Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize revenue.
  3. Track B2B performance and identify new business opportunities.

Live Shopping:

  1. Oversee live shopping events and ensure smooth execution.
  2. Collaborate with marketing to create engaging offers.
  3. Analyze performance and guide sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of sales experience, especially in retail and digital marketplaces.
  3. Strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies and marketplace management.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Experience with live shopping platforms is a plus.
  6. Proven leadership skills with a results-driven approach.
  7. Analytical mindset with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
