Sales Strategy Manager – Smartphone & Digital Products (Chinese Speaker)

Description
We are looking for a Sales Strategy Manager (Chinese Speaker) to lead product sales planning and performance strategy for smartphone and digital categories. This role requires a combination of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product sales success across regional and national markets. You will play a pivotal role in go-to-market execution, inventory optimization, and sales forecasting, working closely with marketing, operations, finance, and key distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Launch Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive offline product launch strategies, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and retail teams.
  2. Sales & Inventory Planning (PSI): Create purchase-sales-inventory plans that support product lifecycle management and ensure supply-demand balance.
  3. Sales Target Management: Develop and track annual and monthly sales targets by region and channel. Proactively address gaps through performance strategies.
  4. Sales & Market Analysis: Analyze national and regional sales data, monitor trends, and generate insights to inform strategy refinement and execution.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, operations, finance) to ensure coordinated execution and strategic alignment.
  6. Channel & Partner Engagement: Strengthen strategic partnerships with offline sales channels, distributors, and retailers to support sales growth and product visibility.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, product planning, or channel management, ideally within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
  3. Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
  4. Proficiency in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and demand planning.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  6. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  7. Strong presentation, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
  8. Passionate about mobile technology and the digital ecosystem.
