Job summary

A natural skincare company in Indonesia is seeking a Key Account Executive. Your role involves developing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with modern trade accounts, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel across Indonesia may be required.

Job Description:

  • Work with Key Account Manager to develop sales and marketing plans across key accounts (Guardian, OhSome, Sociolla Etc)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as assigned
  • Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with new and existing modern trade accounts
  • Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on a regular basis and participate in regular meetings to review performance
  • Coordinate with Account Manager and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
  • Track and report activities of competitors
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities and formulate strategies to respond to these

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) in FMCG business
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Able to develop channel sales strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
