Job summary

A leading manufacturing and distribution company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor Agent to achieve sales and distribution targets while maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales within the food industry. Candidates should be able to drive and have a clean background check. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the baking industry with a company established since 1976.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sales supervisor/sales executive for at least 2 years in bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG.
• Able to drive motorcycle and car (have SIM A & SIM C).
• Good track record, not involved in banned organizations or social media problems.
• Minimum duration of work in one company: 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, distribution, penetration, and collection targets.
• Win new customers and maintain good relationships.
• Ensure high-quality service through field executions and coordination.

Experienced working as a sales supervisor/ sales executive for at least 2 years (bakery ingredients, food ingredients or FMCG)

Good track record: not involved in banned organizations/ no problems on social media (viral) + background check

Minimum duration of work in one company 2 years

Training attended: company profile, product knowledge
