This position reports to

Sales Manager - MODP

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities.

The work model for this role is: #hybrid. This role contributes to the Motion Drive Products in Jakarta, Indonesia. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers about delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions, aligned with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
  • Ensuring effective marketing activities and communicating value propositions to customers.
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities in the designated area.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities as needed.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Serial Machinery OEM
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
