This position reports to

Business Manager - E2E

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of continuous water analyzer products and solutions, aligned with the division strategy. Your daily activities will include achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, showcasing your expertise. The work model for this role is based in Jakarta/Balikpapan/Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Communicating delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions to customers, in line with ABB’s offerings and strategy.
  2. Ensuring effective marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers.
  3. Identifying and developing new market opportunities within the designated region.
  4. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities as needed.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrument or Physics Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in water analysis or industrial instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of water quality parameters and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
