Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of continuous water analyzer products and solutions, aligning with the division strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will identify and develop new sales opportunities, showcasing your expertise. The role is based in Jakarta/Balikpapan/Pekanbaru, Indonesia, contributing to Process Automation Measurement Analytics. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Communicating delivery, payment, and terms to customers in line with ABB’s offerings.
  • Executing marketing activities and communicating value propositions.
  • Developing new market opportunities in the designated area.
  • Managing sales administrative procedures and supporting cash collection and project management as needed.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Physics Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in water analysis or industrial instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of water quality parameters and analytical techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
