A leading company in the truck industry is looking for a Sales Specialist to manage sales in Indonesia. The candidate should be fluent in Chinese and Indonesian, have an associate degree or higher, and possess strong sales and negotiation skills. This role offers opportunities to grow in a dynamic setting, requiring frequent travel and collaboration with various departments.
Handle truck sales in Indonesia, expand sales channels, find potential clients, and meet sales targets.
Communicate with clients, understand their needs, offer product info and solutions, answer questions, and close sales.
Join company - organized sales events and exhibitions to showcase product advantages and raise brand awareness.
Gather market and competitor information, report to the company, and inform product and market strategies.
Coordinate internal resources for smooth order delivery and after - sales service to boost customer satisfaction.
II. Job Requirements
Language Skills • Fluency in both Chinese and Indonesian, orally and in writing, to communicate seamlessly with the Chinese headquarters and Indonesian clients.
Educational Background • Associate degree or higher, with preference for majors in marketing, business administration, mechanical engineering, etc.
Work Experience
• Applicants with over two years of truck - sales experience are preferred. They should know the Indonesian truck market, including features and advantages of different brands, and have some clients and industry contacts.
• Recent graduates with strong sales potential, learning ability, and a keen interest in truck sales will also be considered.
Professional Skills
• Familiarity with sales processes and skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
• Proficiency in basic business - negotiation skills to secure favorable cooperation terms and reach mutually satisfactory agreements.
• Computer - operation skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to create sales reports and product - promotion materials.

• Hardworking, able to travel often to Indonesian client locations and market - research sites.
• Strong team - player, able to collaborate with sales, technical - support, and logistics teams to finish sales tasks.
