Murino Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. You will use your knowledge of the local real estate market to provide expert advice, generate leads, and close successful transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field, with a strong track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Bali real estate market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term relationships.
- High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, and time management skills to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools to generate leads and manage listings.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, contract processes, and legal documentation involved in real estate transactions.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a professional, ethical approach to all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire transaction process.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations to support clients’ decision-making.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and company marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to ensure the best outcome for clients.
- Maintain and grow a client database through regular follow-up and outstanding service.
- Collaborate with agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Uphold ethical standards and compliance with all state real estate laws and company policies.
