Job description

Our company is looking for a Water Sales & Services Technician to travel between our customers' locations and test for water quality. In this role, you will make regular visits to our customers’ premises to test water quality, ensuring proper chemical levels and overall water safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel extensively within assigned territory. A company vehicle will be provided for travel to customer sites.
• Deliver and top up chemicals as needed. This role involves mostly outdoor work environments.
• Collect water samples for testing.
• Test water quality and operate analysis instruments.
• Adjust chemical treatment levels accordingly.
• Check and test water pumps to ensure proper functioning.
• Calibrate and maintain portable and monitoring devices regularly.
• Keep detailed records, including service reports.
• Ensure compliance with Kurita standards and methodologies.
• Report findings and activities to customers and internal teams daily.
• Prepare and submit reports punctually.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or SPM certificate.
• Completion of vocational or associate degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of water treatment processes (preferred).
• Proficiency with internet and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license; GDL license is preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
