Sales Representative [Tambun-Bekasi]

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SMU in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good Communication, Microsoft Office, Sales
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

• Establish good relationships with potential customers.
• Provide brief and detailed product information.
• Carry out product sales activities and ensure all sales activities are in accordance with marketing planning.
• Maintain good relationships with consumers and distributors actively.
• Retain consumers and distributors to increase sales volume.
• Carry out sales and complete sales targets that have been set.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers.
• Perform a cost-benefit analysis and assess the needs of existing/potential customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Visit customers or contact them via phone calls.
• Provide prompt solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analyze potential areas/markets, sales, and status reports.
• Manage inventory with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
• Stay abreast of best promotion practices and trends, and continue to improve feedback.
