Sales Representative Supervisor_Bandung Area (SPECIALIST)

- Manage and work with team members to execute distribution operations within deadlines.

- Oversee daily activities of paint consultant and provide assistance whenever needed.

- Perform resource allocation and workload assignment as per project needs.

- Assist in recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination activities of paint consultant.

- Assist in preparation of marketing program based on stock in the warehouse.

- Ensure paint consultant and store implement marketing program to achieve target.

- Coordinate deliveries of materials based on company policies and customer demands.

- Monitor and track the status of products shipped; inform customers about their shipping status and delays, if any.

- Ensure customer satisfaction, including handling customer complaints.

- Conduct training for new and existing hires when required.

- Review paint consultant performances and provide feedback for improvements periodically.

- Monitor and evaluate customer needs, trends, and satisfaction for suggesting marketing plans to achieve targets.

- Control collection from the customer.

- Support and maintain implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 related to respective working area.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
