Multi Arthamas Glass Industry (MAGI), founded in July 1990 and located in Surabaya, East Java, is the first processed glass factory in East Java. It was inaugurated by President Soeharto on November 3, 1992. MAGI successfully exported products to Japan in 1998, expanded by building a factory for industrial orders in 2002, and opened a branch in Jakarta in 2006 to serve the Jabodetabek area. Today, MAGI is a reputable processed glass manufacturer committed to producing high-quality, reliable products with a focus on perfection and aesthetics.

Job Description
  1. Mencari dan mengembangkan prospek baru di segmen proyek maupun retail (kontraktor, arsitek, toko bangunan, dll).
  2. Melakukan presentasi produk kaca kepada klien potensial dan mitra bisnis.
  3. Menyusun penawaran harga, melakukan negosiasi, dan memastikan proses penjualan berjalan lancar hingga closing.
  4. Menjalin dan memelihara hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.
  5. Bekerja sama dengan tim internal (produksi, pengiriman, keuangan) untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
  6. Melaporkan hasil penjualan dan progres prospek secara rutin kepada atasan.
  7. Melakukan survei pasar dan kompetitor untuk pengembangan strategi penjualan.
