Job Responsibilities

• Establish good relationships with potential customers
• Provide brief and detailed product information
• Carry out product sales activities in accordance with marketing planning
• Maintain good relationships with consumers and distributors
• Retain consumers and distributors to increase sales volume
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to existing and potential customers
• Perform cost-benefit analysis and identify customer needs
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Visit customers or contact them via phone
• Provide prompt solutions to customer problems and complaints
• Analyze potential markets, sales, and generate reports
• Manage inventory and report on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
• Stay updated on promotion practices and trends, and improve feedback mechanisms
