Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling commercial negotiation with customers including negotiation of price, terms and conditions, and Warranty claim disputes.
  • Respond to inquiries/requests on customers’ Product Support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service, and EM division to support Customers’ needs.
  • Gather, assess, prioritize and follow up on leads (incl. from OLGA) and convert those leads to Sales.
  • Inform Sales Manager/Supervisor on changes to Customer’s Machine location and maintenance plan.
  • Raise forecast for committed demand stocking based on Customer’s needs.
  • Resolve AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the Branch.
  • Inspect equipment, create visit report and update customer MEP database.
  • Develop customer visit plan, visit customers face-to-face at branch and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and business goals.
  • Ensure committed demand forecast is accurate and changes on forecast communicated.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales documents (e.g., PO) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure standardized treatments and offerings across accounts.
  • Manage Customer transaction journey from lead-to-cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updates on order status).
  • Ensure achievement of PS Sales target and manage relationship with the assigned accounts.
