Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 degree in all Major/Engineering/Sales Representative majors.
- GPA minimum 2.75.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as Fresh graduates (External Candidates), Heavy Equipment, Mechanic (Internal Candidates), Salesman (External Candidates), Service, Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Candidates), Technician (Internal Candidates), Warehouseman (Internal Candidates), or relevant working experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial negotiations with customers, including pricing, terms and conditions, and warranty claim disputes.
- Respond to inquiries and requests related to customers’ Product Support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service, and EM divisions to support customers.
- Gather, assess, prioritize, and follow up on leads (including from OLGA) and convert these leads into sales.
- Inform Sales Manager/Supervisor about changes to customer’s machine location and maintenance plans.
- Raise forecasts for committed demand stocking based on customer needs.
- Resolve AR disputes, such as documentation issues, for transactions at the branch.
- Inspect equipment, create visit reports, and update customer MEP database.
- Develop customer visit plans, visit customers face-to-face at the branch, and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and business goals.
- Ensure the accuracy of the committed demand forecast and communicate any changes.
- Ensure the accuracy of sales documents (e.g., PO) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain standardized treatments and offerings across accounts.
- Manage the customer transaction journey from lead to cash, including receiving POs and providing order status updates.
- Achieve PS sales targets and manage relationships with assigned accounts.
