- Handle customer complaints, identify problems, and coordinate with technicians or engineers. Attend customer premises during troubleshooting or product delivery.
Maintain prospect customer relationships, conduct research on their business, visit customers, and present products.
Identify customer needs and opportunities for value addition, negotiate sales terms, and conduct the selling process.
Receive purchase orders, send invoices, confirm delivery, and manage accounts receivable collections.
Seek support from the Sales Support Manager for opportunities.
Gather information from customers as needed.
Ensure effective communication of value propositions.
Determine call structure and approach, prepare discussion content, and conduct needs analysis.
Plan customer calls, seek support if necessary, and schedule appointments.
Inform customers about down payment requirements and collect payments if needed.
Negotiate final solutions, prices, and terms with customers.
Create customer quotes based on agreed solutions, estimated delivery times, and approved prices.
Collaborate with Application Engineering to propose solutions.
Interact with customers to define requirements and relay them to Engineering.
Conduct detailed opportunity assessments and prioritize based on predefined criteria; coordinate with managers on pursuit decisions.
Review leads, assess their qualification based on customer data, and manage lead information.
